Last Thursday I explored a little gem in my backyard (well, kinda... Woodinville isn't
too far away from Bothell, eh?)... the Chateau St. Michelle Winery. And again, I have to say "kinda" because we barely squeaked in the gates before closing time (no time for wine! Bum-mer.)
These are the frames that I managed to capture while we whizzed through the grounds. Of course, I couldn't resist some botanical shots...

I did a little bit of peeping through the windows too... I love the jagged reflections in the glasses. I cropped in on this photo, using my new found skills (really, I just noticed how to lock the aspect ratio. Not rocket science, but still something new to me!)

I am glad to finally know where this place is! I've been wanting to go there for awhile & it always seemed to elude me. I hope you enjoyed these lovely frames & thanks for checking them out!

Greetings from My Nokia N97! Great job on the sunlight between the plants. Now that's what I call exposure control!
greetings from my desktop in botheel.
Thanks for your comment on the vineyard pic... it took a lot of effort to compose it, too (you probably saw my wierd wanderings in the bushes...) but I pleased with the results too :)
