Start all over again!

Last weekend, DMA and I ended up in Volunteer Park, a venue we had one of our first photo shoots at back in the good 'ol times of 2007. In fact, one of my favorite pictures of him was taken there; I had a close-up shot of a flower with him in the distance as he was looking down at his Lumix and metering the light... its a bit amazing to think of how many things have changed since that lovely spring afternoon... its also kinda cool to think about what hasn't changed: we are still out taking random pictures, still saying goofy things, still drinking a ton of coffee.

The picture below was taken in the stairwell of the water tower; it is a jpeg and I didn't do any editing to it. I loved the lighting!

I was taking some pictures of the shadows on the floor and snapped this one of a couple by the window. I like the bench in the frame too... makes you wonder if they were sitting there earlier?

Hmm, not sure if this one is going to show up well on blogger? I am still working on the catching rays of sunshine technique ;)

This pic would have been better with a tripod?
